Qualification is achieved by winning a Royal Kennel Club-affiliated AV Open Working Test for retrievers during the qualification window that runs from 2nd July 2026 - 31st May 2027. If more than 70 dogs qualify by the end of the qualification window, we will draw the 70 dogs and reserves via a ballot on the 1st June 2027.
