Our head designer has spent more than 25 years designing headwear for some of the biggest names in sport and industry, including Formula 1, Ferrari, Williams F1 and England Rugby.
That experience led to Bawden Rocks. From our base in Oxfordshire, we have continued to design and manufacture headwear for leading names across elite sailing, motorsport and British shooting, including Purdey, Holland & Holland, E.J. Churchill, Eaton Hall and Fiocchi.
Sustainability isn't something we bolt on. It's part of the brief.
Every SOLID7 cap starts with materials chosen with purpose, including recycled ocean-bound plastic. But sustainability is about more than what a cap is made from. It's also about whether someone actually wants to keep wearing it.
Fast merchandise has become one of the industry's biggest problems: generic products, overproduced, under-considered and quickly forgotten.
We build the opposite. Designed properly. Made responsibly. Built to last.
Our materials are traceable, our manufacturing partners share our standards, and every detail is considered around the brand it represents.
Because the most sustainable product is often the one someone keeps wearing.
We don't decorate products. We design them.
We don't follow templates. We create originals.
We don't make merchandise. We make products worth wearing.
Anyone can put a logo on a cap. We believe the opportunity is much bigger.
From first sketch to final stitch, every SOLID7 cap is designed as an extension of your brand. Shape, fabric, colour, construction, fastening and finishing all work together.
The result isn't simply somewhere to put your logo.
It's a cap people want to wear, keep and remember.
You'll find the SOLID7 mark discreetly positioned on the side of the cap.
The front belongs to your brand. The side is where we sign our work.
A maker's mark. A quiet sign that the cap has been designed and built to the SOLID7 standard.

We're known for high-frequency branding: a technique that creates a clean, sharp and dimensional finish with a more contemporary feel than traditional embroidery.
It gives us the freedom to work with fine detail, crisp edges and raised textures, bringing another level of precision to the design. Used well, it becomes part of the product rather than something simply applied to it.
It's not about adding more branding. It's about making the branding better.
Our own SOLID7 cap collection is coming to solid7.com, alongside selected collaborations, partnerships and licensing programmes.
